Breach Inc. Play the game

Privacy

Breach Inc. collects as little about you as possible. This page explains what is collected, why, and what you can do about it.

It covers breach-inc.com. If your organisation hosts its own copy of the game, your organisation's own privacy policies apply to that copy.

Who is responsible

Breach Inc. is published by DVRMMR GAMING LTD, a company registered in England and Wales with number 17527015, which is responsible for any personal data described here ("we", "us"). You can contact us at hello@breach-inc.com.

No cookies or tracking

Breach Inc. doesn't use cookies, analytics, advertising or any other tracking. The game doesn't load anything from other websites.

Your saved game

Your progress is saved in your own browser, on your own device, so you can carry on where you left off. It is never sent to us. Restart in the game, or clearing this site's data in your browser, deletes it.

Hosting

Breach Inc. is hosted by Fasthosts. Access logging is turned off for this site, so we don't keep a record of visits or of the IP addresses they come from.

Like any web host, Fasthosts needs your device's IP address to send the pages to you, and may process technical information to run and protect its service. Its privacy notice explains how.

If you email us

If you send feedback or a question by email, we'll receive your email address and anything you include in your message. We use it only to reply to you and to improve the game, and we'll delete it if you ask. Email to hello@breach-inc.com is received by Fasthosts, which hosts the breach-inc.com mailbox, and may be forwarded to and answered from Google's Gmail service.

If your organisation buys a licence

Licences are sold through Onelink, Stripe's reseller. Stripe and Onelink handle the payment, including your card details and any yearly renewal, under their own privacy policies, and we never see your card details. From the order, we receive details such as the buyer's name and email address, the organisation's name, its billing address, any purchase order number and, for a practitioner licence, the names of its facilitators. We use them only to supply the licence and keep the company's accounts, and we keep them for as long as UK tax rules require.

Other websites

Breach Inc. links to Ko-fi, GitHub, Fasthosts and Creative Commons. If you follow those links, those sites' own privacy policies apply.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete any personal data we hold about you, or object to how it's used, by emailing us. If you're unhappy with how your data has been handled, you can also complain to your local data protection authority. In the UK, that's the Information Commissioner's Office.
