Licence Agreement
Version 1.6, 19 October 2026.
1. Who this is between
This agreement is between DVRMMR GAMING LTD, registered in England and Wales with company number 17527015 ("we", "us"), and the organisation named on the order ("you"), including the companies in its group if the order names a group. It covers two kinds of licence: an organisation licence, for using Breach Inc. with your own staff (section 2), and a practitioner licence, for training providers and consultants running it for their clients (section 3). It applies when you place an order, and the licence starts when your payment is received.
"The materials" means what your order includes: the Breach Inc. learning platform package, the copy for your organisation and the session deck, including the game's story, text, artwork and code.
2. Organisation licences
For the licence term below, and as long as you keep to this agreement, we give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide licence to:
- Use the materials in your organisation's own security awareness, training and leadership development, for your own staff: your employees, workers and individual contractors.
- Host them on your own systems, including your learning management system or intranet, or with a provider that hosts them for you.
- Adapt them for your own staff, for example by adding your own names, policies and links, changing the story or the session deck, or translating them.
- Have a contractor run sessions for your staff with them, as long as the contractor uses them only for you.
- Keep it inside your organisation. Don't share, publish or give the materials, or adapted versions of them, to anyone outside your organisation.
- Your band. Choose the price band that fits your organisation's total number of staff when you order. The charity and NHS band is for organisations registered as a charity, or as an equivalent non-profit in their own country, and for any part of the UK's National Health Service. If your organisation grows past its band later, you don't need to pay more for your current licence.
- How long it lasts. Charity and NHS licences are perpetual. All other organisation licences last one year from payment and don't renew automatically. To continue after the year, place a new order.
3. Practitioner licences
For the licence term below, and as long as you keep to this agreement, we give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide licence to:
- Use the materials to run sessions, workshops and exercises for your clients, including ones you charge for, and for your own staff.
- Adapt them for each client's sessions, for example by adding the client's names, policies and links, or changing the session deck.
- Host a copy for the people taking part, for as long as you're running sessions for that client.
- Describe your named facilitators as licensed Breach Inc. facilitators while the licence lasts.
- Named facilitators. Only the facilitators named on your order, up to the number you paid for, may run sessions with the materials. You can replace a named facilitator at any time by keeping your own record of the change.
- Your clients don't keep it. Don't give clients the materials, or adapted versions of them, to keep, or install them on a client's own systems. A client who wants to keep using Breach Inc. needs its own organisation licence, and the client discount code we give you may be used for that.
- No white-labelling or resale. Don't present the materials as your own, include them in self-paced courses or course catalogues that you sell, or sublicense them.
- How long it lasts. The licence lasts one year from payment and renews automatically each year at the price then shown on the licence page, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, using the link in your receipt email, and the licence then ends at the end of the year you've paid for. We don't refund part years.
4. Conditions and payment for both licences
- Keep the credit. Every copy, including adapted ones, keeps the credit to Breach Inc. and the link to breach-inc.com.
- No other reselling. Apart from what section 3 allows, don't include the materials in any course, product or service that you sell or provide to others. That needs a separate licence.
- Payment. You pay the price shown on the licence page, plus any VAT or sales tax, at checkout. Onelink, Stripe's reseller, takes the payment and issues your receipt and invoice. The licence itself is granted by us.
- Refunds. Because the materials are digital and supplied straight away, payments aren't refundable, except where the law requires a refund.
- What isn't included. Neither licence includes support, customisation or future versions of the materials.
5. Ownership and feedback
We own the materials, and this agreement doesn't transfer that ownership to you. You own anything you add to them. If you send us feedback, we may use it without owing you anything for it.
6. Promises and limits
- We have the right to grant this licence. Apart from that, the materials are provided as they are. Breach Inc. is fiction, written for discussion and awareness. It isn't legal, regulatory or professional advice, and it doesn't replace your own, or your clients', incident response planning.
- The materials don't send personal data to us, so we don't process personal data on your behalf, and no data processing agreement is needed.
- Our total liability under or in connection with this agreement is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the licence in the 12 months before the claim and £100. We're not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill.
- Nothing in this agreement limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that the law doesn't allow to be limited.
7. Ending, and general terms
- A one-year organisation licence ends when its year is over, and a cancelled practitioner licence at the end of its paid year. We can end any licence if you seriously break this agreement and don't put it right within 30 days of our telling you. When a licence ends, stop using the materials and delete your copies, including adapted ones. You can keep your records of who took part. Sections 5 and 6 continue after it ends.
- This agreement and your order are the whole agreement between us about the licence. Terms on your purchase order or supplier forms don't apply. If we update this agreement, your order stays under the version that was current when you placed it, and a practitioner licence takes the current version when it renews.
- You can transfer the licence only to an organisation that takes over the business that uses the materials. We can transfer this agreement to a business that takes over Breach Inc.
- If any part of this agreement can't be enforced, the rest still applies. Nobody else has rights under it.
- Notices are sent by email: to us at hello@breach-inc.com, and to you at the email address on your order.
- The law of England and Wales governs this agreement, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
